Via The Points Guy, it looks like United is offering 500 free United Miles for signing up with their mobile shopping platform.
These types of promotions are really easy ways to get free miles. They will probably text you a few offers here and there, however once the miles post, you can just opt out.
If you are concerned about giving out your phone number, I’d suggest setting up a free online phone number with Google Voice and put that phone number down.
300 Free La Quinta Points
Via Just Another Points Traveler, there is an opportunity to earn 300 free La Quinta Points by signing up for their newsletter. I am not that familiar with La Quinta or their program, but free points are free points!
