Club Carlson Gold Status Has Arrived
To my surprise this afternoon my Club Carlson Gold Card arrived in the mail.
To be honest I was not even expecting them to send this to me, but it is nice to have another Elite Card to add to my ever growing stack of loyalty Cards.
If you remember, 2 weeks ago I used my free Hilton Silver Status and Accor Platinum Status to request a Status Match to Club Carlson Gold because I will be staying at 2 Raddison Blu properties in France.
Although many people in the United States write off Club Carlson because their properties aren’t necessarily prestigious, the Radisson Blu properties around the world look pretty phenomenal.
I only requested the Status Match so I could get a room upgrade at the Radisson Blu, however there is also a 50% Point Elite bonus that seems interesting.
Normally as a member of Club Carlson, you earn 20 Points Per $1 Spent at their properties however as an Gold Elite, I will be earning 30 Points Per $1 Spent.
The nightly rate is 181 USD a night, so for 3 nights I will earn 16,290 Points!
It only takes 15,000 Points for a free night at a Club Carlson Category 2 property!
