1,500 United Miles For Signing Up For MileagePlus Dining
I was on United.com and noticed that for United MileagePlus Visa Cardholders, MileagePlus Dining is offering 1,500 United Miles for signing up.
If you aren’t a MileagePlus Visa Cardholder then the bonus is only 1,000 Miles.

MileagePlus Dining is a pretty decent program and an easy way to earn free United miles on dining purchases you are already making.
Unlike Groupon, Restaurant.com, etc, this dining program is tied to your Credit Card, so you don’t have to show anything at the Restaurant to earn the bonus miles! This means you can use this on dates, business meals, etc and no one will know you are earning bonus miles!
If you aren’t signed up, I’d recommend doing so since this is a really easy way to earn United Miles without doing any extra work after signing up for the program!

@Aegt – Thanks for the comment. I am already signed up so I wasn't able to try again. I updated the post with the link to the 1,000 Mile normal offer.
So, just tried registering my Chase Sapphire Preferred (Don't have a Mileage Plus Visa), and got an error — anyone else experience that?
