2,000 Free Priority Club Points

April 30, 2012 By Parag 7 Comments

Sorry about the lack of updates this weekend. I ended up not being able to find a new web designer, so I decided to do it by myself. Thus my entire weekend was spent building a new custom platform for the site  which I think will be much easier to read and navigate. I think I’ll switch over to the new platform some time this week, so if you come to the site and things look funny, it is because I am tweaking the site on the back-end.

2,000 Priority Club Points

I got an email last week from Priority Club that I forgot to post.

Link To Offer

Basically for doing 3 things that take less than 1 minute each, you can get 2,000 Priority Club points for free!

1,000 Points

“Reward yourself every time you shop. Earn up to 20 points for every dollar spent at over 600 of your favorite online retailers. Earn 500 bonus points when you set your account to receive special offer emails. Plus, register any of your credit or debit cards to earn an additional 500 bonus points and maximize your point earning opportunities at participating retail store locations.”

500 Points

“The Priority Club Dining program rewards you for going to your choice of thousands of participating restaurants, bars or clubs – including many of your favorites. Earn 500 bonus points and 5 points per dollar spent when you complete your online profile, plus earn 1,000 points when you spend $30 on a single dine at a participating restaurant, bar or club within 45 days. Simply register your credit or debit card – the rest happens automatically.”

500 Points

“Reserve any stateroom on any sailing on the world’s top cruise lines through Priority Club Cruises and you’ll earn points based on the length of your itinerary – up to 20,000 points. Register to receive Deal Emails from Priority Club Cruises to earn 500 bonus points and be among the first to learn about sales and the hottest new offers.”

The best part about all 3 of these offers is that you don’t have to spend 1 cent to earn the points!

Just opt in for some emails (which you can always opt out of once the points post in a couple of weeks), and register 1 Credit Card and you will be 2,000 points richer!

How To Maximize This Offer

If you haven’t already done so, as I talked about last week, you could sign up for 1 month of Netflix for $8 via Priority Club and get an additional 3,000 Priority Club points.

Link To Netflix Priority Club Offer

Why this is important is because coincidentally 5,000 Priority Club points is the exact amount of points needed to redeem a free night via Priority Club’s PointBreaks list.

Link To PointBreaks List

If you are not familiar with the PointBreaks list, basically Priority Club selects a few of their hotels every Quarter and offers rewards nights for only 5,000 points. Typically these same award nights would cost upwards of 20,000 points.

This includes INTERNATIONAL hotels as well as domestic hotels and depending on the Quarter, includes hotels from all of Priority Club brands like Intercontinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, etc.

While most of the hotels are typically not in large metropolitan areas, depending on the Quarter, you can find some real steals.

In the past I have redeemed a 5,000 PointBreaks award for a 1 night weekend stay at the Intercontinental O’Hare.

According to Kayak, a 1 night weekend stay at that hotel currently retails for $123 after tax or would cost 30,000 Priority Club points.

So if you sign up for the above 3 offers and spend $8 for Netflix, you could possibility redeem those 5,000 points in the future for an award stay, which in my case saved me $123!

Not a bad deal for $8 and 3 minutes of your time!
